Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our website, the “Platform”.

1. Serviceable locations

 - We currently ship to addresses within India subject to locations which are under   deliverable by our logistics partners. 

- International shipping: At present we are not shipping to addresses outside India Except Nepal, Bhutan.

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, army postal addresses or locations where our logistics partners have no service.

2. Order processing time

- Orders are usually processed within 1-2  business days after payment confirmation. 

- Orders placed after  3:00 PM or on weekends / public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

- In case of high demand, sale events, or unforeseen operational issues, processing may take longer; we will update you by email/SMS where possible.

3. Shipping methods and delivery timelines

We use  courier partners registered with us to ship your orders.

Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch):

Depending on product and location, For projector screen it may take 3-12 days and for other product 1-4  business days 

These are estimated timelines; actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

4. Shipping charges

For orders of items which have been included with delivery charges, no additional charges would be payable.

 5. Order tracking

- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number to track your shipment on the courier’s website,

- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

 6. Delivery attempts

- Our courier partner will usually make 2-3 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, they may contact you by call/SMS to reschedule. 

- If the order is not delivered after the final attempt, it may be returned to us. In such cases: 

  - For prepaid orders, we will refund the amount after deducting twoway shipping charges, if applicable. 

 

 7. Address accuracy and customer responsibility

- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including full address, landmark, pincode and contact number. 

- We will not be liable for nondelivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or nonavailability of the customer at the address.

 

 8. Damaged, tampered or lost shipments

- If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened or tampered, please: 

  - Refuse to accept the delivery, and 

  - Immediately inform us at with your order number and photos/videos of the package.

- If a shipment is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, you must contact us within 24 hours so that we can raise an investigation with the courier. Resolution will depend on the courier’s investigation outcome.

9. Shipping for returns and exchanges

 For returns/exchanges permitted under our Return & Refund Policy, the shipping arrangements and costs will be as specified in that policy (pickup by us / selfship by customer, who bears cost, etc.). 

- Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed conditions before sending any items back.

10. Delays beyond our control

- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control. 

- In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and to ensure delivery as soon as possible.
