We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, wrong or materially mis‑described products. We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.terms
1. When returns are allowed
You may request a return/replacement within 1 days from delivery only if:
- The product is dead on arrival / not working on first use.
- The product has manufacturing defects (image, motor, focus, ports, audio, etc.).
- The product is physically damaged in transit at the time of delivery.
- You received a wrong product/model or missing major accessories.
- The product is materially different from the specifications mentioned on our Platform.
No returns are accepted for:
- “Not liked”, “size not suitable”, “brightness not as expected” where specs are met.
- Customer‑induced damage, wrong installation, voltage issues, or wear and tear.
2. Conditions for accepted returns
For an eligible return:
- Report the issue within 1 days of delivery.
- Product must be in original condition, without scratches, dents, cracks or signs of misuse.
- All items received in the box must be returned:
- original packaging, foam, covers;
- cables, adapters, remotes, mounts, brackets;
- manuals, warranty cards, freebies/combo items.
- Serial number / barcode / QR labels must be intact and match our records.
If any of the above is missing or tampered, we may reject the return.
3. How to raise a defect claim
Within 1 days of delivery:
Email or whats app
- Mention order ID, product name and a short description of the defect;
- Attach clear photos and a short video showing:
- the product,
- defect (e.g., no power, lines on screen, audio issue),
- outer packaging & shipping label for transit damage.
Our technical team may guide basic troubleshooting by phone/video before approving a pick‑up.
4. Self‑ship
- If your claim is preliminarily approved, you will have to arrange the courier service for the product to our return address using a reliable, trackable courier.
Cost of return shipping:
- For valid defect / damage / wrong‑item cases, we will bear the return shipping cost or reimburse standard courier charges against invoice.
- If inspection later shows no defect or customer‑induced damage, the product will be shipped back to you; shipping both ways may be charged.
5. Inspection and decision
After we receive the product, our quality team will:
- verify serial number and condition;
- test all key functions (power, ports, image, motor, audio, connectivity, etc.).
Outcome:
- If the defect is confirmed, we will:
- send a free replacement of the same model (subject to stock), or
- issue a full refund if replacement is not available.
- If no manufacturing defect is found, or damage is due to misuse, wrong installation, power surge, unauthorised repair or physical impact, the claim will be rejected and the item returned to you.
The inspection report of our engineers / authorised service centre will be final for policy purposes.
6. Refund timelines and mode
If a refund is approved:
- Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval (bank/UPI processing times may vary)
We do not levy restocking fees in genuine defect cases.
7. Warranty after 7 days
Many products are covered by manufacturer warranty :
- For issues arising after 7 days from delivery, you must use the brand’s warranty / service centre.
- We will assist with invoice copies and service‑centre contacts where available, but decisions on repair/replacement under warranty lie with the manufacturer.
8. Cancellations before dispatch
- You can cancel the order before dispatch by contacting us.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; only defect‑based return under this Policy may apply.
9. Statutory rights
This Policy does not affect rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and relevant rules, including in cases of defective, deficient or mis‑described goods or unreasonable delay in delivery
